What is Heat Pump Water Heater System
Water heaters with heat pumps utilize electricity to move heat from one area to another, instead of producing the heat itself.
The heat pump water heater that is a heat pump can be described as the best and most sophisticated water heating option that features reverse Carnot-cycle that utilizes refrigerant to capture the heat in the air. The heat is then transferred to water in the heater, warming the water.
Working Process of Heat Pump Heater
A heat pump operates in the same way as refrigerators, but instead of transferring heat from the refrigerator for a cooling, heat pumps inject heat directly into the water. The use of electricity is to push refrigerant throughout the system. The refrigerant is able to transfer heat absorbed from the air into the tank's water.
Heat Pumps Comes in Many Different Sizes
200 Ltrs Heat Pump
300 Ltrs Heat Pump
Solar Heat Pump
500 Ltrs Heat Pump
The Heat pump is available in many size and all are have its own uniqueness.
Process of Heat Pump Water Heater System
There are various steps in the procedure:
- A refrigerant that is liquid goes through an evaporator, where it absorbs heat from the air, and then turns into gas.
- The refrigerant gas is compressed using the electric compressor. By compressing the gas, it will cause its temperature to rise to the point that it is warmer than the water that is in the tank.
- The hot gas is pumped through a condenser where it transfers its heat onto the water, and then turns back to liquid.
- The refrigerant liquid then is pumped into an expansion valve in which its pressure decreases which allows it to cool before entering the evaporator to continue the process.
If you find heat pump water heater in this season, then you have to choose sun stellar. no. 1 manufacturer in India.
